• Room: 7.5 Bathroom is a bit out of fashion, but okay. Toilet brush was broken and was not changed for 2 days.
• Value for money: 5 In comparison to a top designed new room we had in the Cadiz Parador Hotel, we think, that the price is too high. We paid 200 Euro incl. breakfast in Cadiz. When we wanted to stay one more night at your hotel, the receptionist told us that we should have paid 246 Euro. Over booking.com we ended up paying 210 Euro. Would have been nice, if we received a better price directly at the hotel, especially because the hotel wasn't fully booked and the room had to be cleaned anyway.

• Staff: 10 Recently returned from a girls holiday to this hotel. We were a group of 6 ladies in our 40's. Pleased that the hotel was quiet and very relaxing with plenty of available sun loungers, good quality food and drink. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. What made the holiday was the service from the Guest services. Edwige from Guest services was a Star, we felt we had a personal assistant. She discussed with us our plans, what food we wanted to eat and where, she booked us reservations at restaurants each night which were excellent. Most of the restaurants were not necessarily on the main squares but more where the locals may eat. The food, drink and service we received in these restaurants were fantastic and excellent value for money. She also put on some Yoga and advised us on buses and markets to visit. A cake and Cava was arranged for a small charge for our friends birthday. The hotel is a little out of the main areas of Estapona, Marbella and Pueto Banus but they are only a short taxi ride away.8
