• Cleanliness: 5 The floor wasn't very clean. I was surprised but it was nothing outrageous.
• Location: 7.5 Not in the very city center but it is just 5 minutes away by bus. Or you can walk (we did walked and it was actually a nice stroll). It is next to palacio de congresos.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Spa was good. Cafeteria was excellent.
• Staff: 10 Personal at the reception/restaurant/cafeteria was very kind and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet.
• Room: 7.5 Room and bathroom size is good. They offer coffee and tea. Minibar isn't expensive.
• Value for money: 7.5 I was happy with everything and I would recommend this hotel.
