• Positive: The staff was definitely helpful and business-like. We loved them!!! The Hotel is situated in an excellent position, close to the downtown, but far away enough from the noisy traffic. They allowed us to delay the check-out when we asked them without charging anything. There's a good restaurant. We appreciated the free no-alcohol "frigo-bar".

• Staff: 7.5 Excepto en la zona Spa, donde una señorita muy amable al principio,demostró delante mia untoque de indiscrección que desde mi punto de vista no puede tener una persona que trabaja en un SPA ni en un sitio de concurrencia publica con esa falta de discrección. No me parecieron oportunos los comentarios que le eschuché hacer a otra visitante con respecto a otros clientes que visitan el SPA.No critico su eficiencia sino su discrección y profesionalidad. El resto del personal muy amable y eficiente. Tengan cuidado con lo que dicen cerca suyo
