• Cleanliness: 5 There was visible mold (black)in the atrium ceiling and also in the spa ceiling above the pool. Maintenance of these items should be a priority.

• Staff: 5 We moved rooms and had no soap or coffee pot to boil water. No proper bedding.fromt desk were not helpful. We also are missing a pie of sunglasses that we had left in the room. I am waiting to see if they have been found.
• Quietness: Not rated We asked to move rooms after one night because of the noise which they though was from construction. It was actually from below because we were above the restaurant. Chairs scraping across the floor from the early hours all through breakfast.
• Room: 2.5 The beds were very uncomfortable.
• Value for money: 5 The price is low. I would rather pay a bit more and have a comfortable bed and save environment free of mold.
