• Positive: Pues al entrar en la habitación nos dimos cuenta del ventilador había mucho ruido y el teléfono no funcionaba,llamamos a recepción con mi teléfono y el técnico lo dejó perfecto y dejaron un pequeño detalle de una botella de aceite virgen extra,no es por el aceite si no por el detalle que no había falta sólo con solucionar las averías bastaba pero fue un detalle es insignificante pero esas cosas gustan....cada vez que voy a Marbella me alojo allí y en noviembre volvernos a ir,ahh y gracias por el detalle

• Staff: 5 Reasonably friendly but nothing special

• Room: 5 Very basic and dated. The aircon worked randomly. The decor was probably done about 30 years and hasn’t changed since.
• Value for money: 7.5 Bit disappointed as I expected 4 star. The hotel is 3 star at best.
