Although I have booked the two rooms at a promotional price of 143Euro a night each, I had to settle with paying 153 Euro due to a misunderstanding with your Hotel management. Furthermore my couple friend is not happy with his room as it had no open windows. And furthermore another couple who travelled with us was able , at the last minute, get a room at Royal hotel ( opposite yours) at walk in rate of 139 Euro. The Hotel is newer and nicer with digital safe box.

• Positive: staff were helpful and location is great
• Negative: There was no kettle or coffee making machine in the room. This was a major dissapointment for me and I would consider staying in another hotel in future which has coffee in the room. The diffrence in room quality was vastly different for the same rate - my work collegue had a poor standard room and her room rate was the same as mine which was a good standard.

• Positive: I liked almost everything about this hotel, especially the location; it was a fantastic stay.
• Negative: The only one small criticism was the coffee at breakfast could have been hotter, but this didn't stop us enjoying it.

• Cleanliness: 10 excellent, with room cleaned and linen changed daily
• Location: 10 Couldn't be better, right in the hub of barcelona life

• Staff: 10 endless courtesy from all of the staff we met, no problems there, superb
• Quietness: 7.5 still heard the early morning revellers on Las ramblas, but this is no fault of the hotel, they provided shutters to soundproof the room, but we didn't avail of them as it would have made the room too claustraphobic.
• Room: 10 Absoultutely fabulous! Superior Double, could live there it was so spacious. Pity no Tea or coffee making facilities in the room, it would have been welcome when we arrived late to check in.
• Value for money: 10 Yes.
