  • Negative: J'ai eu un problème avec un pantalon qui a disparu de ma chambre et que j'ai retrouvé à l'accueil où on m'a simplement dit "c'était une confusion". Je pense que c'était sans doute une erreur en effet mais ne pas me dire exactement ce qui s'était passé ne m'inspirait plus confiance dans le personnel. Cet incident me fera mettre "je ne sais pas" dans la rubrique le recommanderiez-vous ?

  • Staff: 2.5 Pésima la atención del señor David en recepción, viajé con un bebé de dos años y le pdí consideración , sin mebargo tuvo el desacierto de asignarnos las habiltación 130, no pude nisiquiera permanecer allí 5 minutos antes de solicitar cambio, el olor era insoportabl.e y el mobilario viejo, sin manteniminento.

  • Negative: Aunque nos pusieron en el sexto piso en una habitación estupenda, no pudimos dormir por el ruido en la calle. Lástima..la cama era muy cómoda y la habitación muy bonita.
