  • Positive: El ambiente relajado de todo el recinto. También el trato excelente del Director del Hotel cuando solicitamos el cambio a una habitación en una planta superior que tuviera vistas al mar, y que ya habiamos reservado mes y medio antes.
  • Negative: Teniamos una reserva desde hace un mes y nos dieron una habitación en planta baja sin vistas al mar. En recepción dijeron que no podían cambiar a una planta superior porque dijeron que estaba todo lleno.
