• Negative: When I called down for a tea in the evening the staff member I spoke with did not know what I was asking for even though the teas are laid out in the book in our suite.

• Cleanliness: 10 We were in the Zaha Hadid suite - there's nowhere for dirt to hide in a completely white space. It was spotless.
• Location: 2.5 Getting into Madrid was ok given a shuttle happened to be leaving the hotel but we didn't choose this hotel for the location, that's for sure.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Plenty of places to sit and just exist within the space.
• Staff: 10 Everyone was lovely and most went out of their way to ensure we experienced all there was to see/do in the hotel.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 10 The Zaha Hadid suite is a wonderful space. The room feels luxurious and spacious without being cold. Having an option on pillows was a delightful surprise that was greatly appreciated.
• Value for money: 10 The experience of staying in such a curated and well-designed hotel was worth the rather reasonable price paid.
