• Cleanliness: 5 The fitout is so old it looks unclean even when it is clean
• Location: 10 50 metres from The Ramblas and pretty quiet for Barcelona.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 This hotel is 5 years overdue for a renovation

• Quietness: 7.5 We did not sleep 2/3 nights because of noisey guests. The hotel staff were helpful but no sleep is no sleep and it ruined our holiday.

• Value for money: 5 I wished I had paid more and got what I expected. I stayed here 10 years ago when the place was renovated and then it was good value.
