• Positive: Location, breakfast was good. The front desk was courteous.
• Negative: The price we paid was much higher than what we heard quoted to another couple who walked in. $135 vs $217 that we paid.

• Location: 10 Walking distance to most attractions
• Common facilities and services: 5 It’s a dated and in need of remodeling but functional
• Staff: 7.5 Courtesy however couldn’t really address fee we paid online directly on hotel website
• Quietness: 5 Street noise
• Room: 7.5 Great size and clean, comfortable bed. It is in need of updating
• Value for money: 7.5 We heard the price given to a last minute in person reservation and it was much less than what we paid.
