• Negative: Everything, the front desk staff were rude & unwelcoming , the room was not as the pictures on the website portrayed most with 3 beds in, the breakfast charged at 8 Euro for 1 stale croissant.

• Cleanliness: 5 There were lots of black bits in the sheets which I had to clean off
• Location: 7.5 Near the metro & supermarket however the area was unpleasant with closed down shops and large groups of men hanging around on the street corners. I felt unsafe and would not stay in this area again
• Common facilities and services: Not rated No facilities or common area to speak of, ok if you are only sleeping here
• Staff: Not rated Extremely rude, unhelpful, attitude problem, uninterested, poorer than poor service!
• Quietness: Not rated Walls are thin as paper, woken several times as other guests returned to their room
• Room: 5 I had to ask to change room, good size
• Value for money: Not rated I don’t expect to pay for rudeness and being shouted at “to go, get out!”
