• Positive: The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night which allowed for restful sleep.
• Negative: my smokey smokey room. i asked to move rooms twice and was told that I couldn't because the hotel was sold out. I guess other people were able to get smokefree rooms. The reservations process was not smooth either. I originally booked 1 night but the change to add 1 day earlier to my reservation was difficult and my reservation request was not originally made. When I asked for confirmation as I got closer to my date, I was offered a higher rate because the reservations agent said that she did not receive 2 emails from, despite my proving that I sent the emails. I had to threaten to cancel the reservations for myself and two colleagues before I was offered a comparable rate/reservation.

A pesar de haber recibido la llamada de una institución con convenio se indicó que no se podía aplicar esa tarifa. La solución era sencilla. se me podóa facturar la primera noche al precio de internet y el resto con el convenio. Como no se me dio una solución me cambié de hotel
