• Room: 7.5 Even though the room was very nice l had been expecting something grander due to the pictures from the internet, but no real complaints.
• Value for money: 10 Good value for money with a half priced breakfast which became fantastic value.

• Value for money: 2.5 The hotel took our money on the day we booked it (three months before our arrival!!) which is very poor customer relations. One wonders whether this was done in case the client found out about the refurbishment and would have cancelled their booking.

• Room: Not rated A pesar de los esfuerzos de los recepcionistas del hotel no fueron capaces de solucionar las innumerables deficiencias de mantenimiento: dos lámparas no funcionaban, cuadros en la pared que no estaban, configuración de canales de televisión caótica y no funcionaba bien, agua caliente salia de color marrón, pestillo de seguridad de la puerta de la habitación roto.
