• Positive: La situation de l'hôtel très bien placé.
• Negative: Pas de petit déjeuner continental. ;-)

• Cleanliness: 5 Rien à dire sur la chambre. Dans la salle de bain par contre, le miroir a des tâches tenaces.
• Location: 7.5 Quartier animé. Bcp de restos. Proche du Centre Pompidou. Métro a 200m.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Petit-déjeuner apporté en chambre: cool! Chambre avec strict minimum, mais finalement, c'est juste pour dormir! Wifi gratuit.
• Staff: 10 Cordial et serviable. On se sent bien accueilli.
• Quietness: 5 Voisins de l'immeuble en face très bruyants une nuit, mais bon: quartier animé! On a quand même bien dormi!
• Room: 7.5 C'est un hôtel fait pour les cours séjours et ne pas y passer trop de temps! Chambre petite, mais elle fait le job: un bon lit, une douche entre 2 journées de visite de Paris.
• Value for money: 10 À 70€ la chambre double, donc 35€ la nuit par personne: difficile de trouver mieux. À ce prix là, l'hôtel est plus que correct! Et y a même un ascenseur si votre chambre de trouve au 6ème. :-))) Par contre petit déjeuner non-inclus: 7€ supplémentaire par personne.

• Positive: Service from the staff was professional, and helpful. Location terrific - near two Metro lines, in particular the one to CDG airport.

• Cleanliness: 10 Room and bathroom had been refurbished recently
• Location: 10 Perfect for walking to tourist sites, and very close to two metro lines.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Computer and printer in reception for the printing of on-line boarding passes. Brilliantl!
• Staff: 10 Helpful at all times. Several languages spoken between them.
• Quietness: 10 Hot, so slept with French windows open but heard no noise from the city. All calm and quiet.
• Room: 5 It has a lift so no problem with stairs and luggage! Adequate size room, basic furniture, small, clean and adequate private bathroom. view of the rooftops of Paris! Sadly it has no hair-dryer in the room and none downstairs at reception for loan. Don't know if there's any parking. We didn't have a car, so not important.
• Value for money: 10 Indeed we did get value for money. There's no need for fancy hotels when one is out all day. I'd stay there again if I was lucky enough to get back to Paris for a spell.
