• Positive: L'emplacement est formidable. J'ai beaucoup aimé le quartier et l'accès très facile au métro et certains sites à visiter. Le service à la réception était très bien aussi.
• Negative: La femme de ménage qui nous offrait constamment de juste nous changer les serviettes et ne pas faire la chambre. Nous disans toujours qu'elle terminait à midi.

• Positive: My view from the window of my room. I looked over the street and onto a very Parisian building. Bedroom was much bigger than excepted. I didn't use the showers so can't commit, bathroom rather small. Overall very clean and in a great location.
• Negative: I booked about 24 hours in advance and my booking wasn't on the system when I arrived which was stressful for me. I was like OMG! Then they found but really booking on wednesday night for thursday it should be there. The guy was fine and gave me a room. However I didn't realize as I was traveling last minute they only take the credit card as insurance you must pay upon arrival. I was put on the phone with a man who spoke english they said they could charge that credit card. It was my moms card so I didn't have it on me. Its weird they can't just use it anyway as they will charge you if you don't arrive. The man who only spoke french was getting frustred with me, even though the english speaker on the phone was lovely. This is half my fault half there's. As I was booking very last minute but the guy could have been a bit more cordial. He warmed up after wards.

• Common facilities and services: 5 elevator worked and there was a check in area but hard to say as really no common areas.
• Staff: 10 one was excellent the other okay.
• Quietness: 10 I can sleep through better much anything.
• Room: 10 great comfy bed, clean and bigger than excepting. Nice view of the street. Big windows too.
• Value for money: 10 great for Paris, clean but basic perfect for traveling on budget.
