• Common facilities and services: Not rated simply there were no facilities. the tiny single piece of soap would melt and disappear in 2 seconds. no slippers, no extra pillow, no refrigerator. very depressing

• Quietness: Not rated noises coming from everywhere, inside and outside. i could hear the guests in other rooms talk and go to the toilet. no insonorization of the windows therefore you could hear all the street noises. a nightmare
• Room: Not rated i guess that not even in Japan rooms are so small. never experienced anything of the sort in my life. it was like staying in a coffin. rooms like that are not healthy. there was no protection from the day-light coming from the window (that was stuck and couldn't open) of the toilet. nobody should be charged to stay in that room
• Value for money: Not rated not at all. it was a real robbery

• Value for money: 7.5 It is in a very good position , so one expects to pay for that but for the price I do think breakfast should be included
