• Negative: Staff who seem disinterested in hospitality. Most staff were lazy, did not smile, did not show courtesy, were not helpful in guiding us and other tourists. Overall bad staff in hotels make mad experience. Also there is no tea/coffee making facility in the room, no iron in the room and staff were not helpful in providing one.

• Staff: Not rated Staff had no courtesy and were highly inefficient and lazy in taking care of guests
• Quietness: Not rated No air-conditioning in room meant we had to open windows. This made the room noisy as noise from the motorway was heard quite loudly
• Room: Not rated No air-conditioning in room. No iron/ironing board. No tea/coffee making facility
• Value for money: Not rated For some euros more could have found a better quality hotel where the staff are courteous, rooms are AC and location central
