• ここが気に入らなかった: Upon driving up to the Hotel was. Impressed by the building but was shown to a Double Room when I had booked a Suite and was told I could have the Suite the next day. Went to the Resaurant to have dinner and was told it was closed. Next day was moved into the Suite lit the fire and was smoked out of the room, toilet leaked all over the floor and the shower water was only warm. The young man who was running the place single handed tried his best . I was not very happy to have paid as soon as I arrived.

• ここが良かった: La tranquilidad del entorno. Que los apartamentos tengan chimenea.
• ここが気に入らなかった: En cuanto al apartamento:La ducha carece de ventilación por lo que huele a humedad y no traga bien el desagüe. En cuanto al trato con el personal estoy muy decepcionada: Tras pagar el apartamento para 2 personas con cocina, de la que pensaba hacer uso y para la que llevaba compra al efecto, me indican que no está disponible por una avería y que me dan en su lugar una habitación peor y sin cocina, sin ofrecerse a invitarnos al desayuno que yo creo que es lo mínimo. Tras mostrar mi descontento a la persona que nos atendió diciendo que eso no es lo que habíamos reservado (con bastante antelación por cierto) de repente "aparece" un apartamento disponible como el que había reservado (solo tienen 2 para 2 personas), no salgo de mi asombro, no me había ocurrido nunca y no había visto nunca un comportamiento tan poco profesional nunca en ningún establecimiento. Por otro lado, al día siguiente, sin estar nosotros alguien entró en la habitación (lo único que notamos es que habían cambiado la bolsa de la papelera del baño)y la puerta del apartamento quedó cerrada pero sin echar la llave por lo que cualquiera podría haber entrado.

• 清掃について: 5 A la llegada se ve limpio pero deberían limpiar mejor las duchas y el baño al día siguiente.
• 立地条件について: 5 Deberían señalizar mejor la entrada a la finca ya que de noche no se ve donde está.
• 設備やサービスについて: 5 Deberían tener mejor iluminada la finca, no funcionaba la luz de entrada al apartamento y no se veía la cerradura

• 客室について: 2.5 Deberían mejorar el desagüe de la ducha y la iluminación del baño. Cambiar el tostador, tiene un cable pelado reparado con celo

• ここが良かった: The grounds and the staff were amazing. The meals that we had in the main lodge were home cooked and delicious. Our room was a cozy little cottage with two fireplaces. The horses, peacock, ducks and rabbits on the premises were amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer...we only stayed two night and arrived late the first night.
• ここが気に入らなかった: The heater wasn't working at the time the wood and accelerant they provided for the fireplaces did not light easily...we could not get it started at all the first night and the second we used paper we had from a sketchbook we brought to help get it started. The shower pressure was weak and the floor of the shower closet filled with water quickly, so you were standing in a pool.

• 設備やサービスについて: 5 Los servicios del hotel son algo limitados, si bien es cierto que se debe a que no tiene mucho personal que tiene que atender a todo a la vez (que son correctísimos y encantadores)
