• Positive: Está muy bien. Muy comodo, limpio. La gente de recepción muy amable en el trato. No está centrico, pero muy cerca, se puede ir caminando a cualquier sitio. En la esquina de abajo hay una cafetería que hace unos desayunos super ricos, y es bastante barata.

• Positive: Rooms were clean and large. Staff was friendly and accomodating. There was a TV in the room, desk, bed and full bathroom. Very secure and location was pretty good. A tram stop that runs through the whole city was 5 mins walk away. Overall great experience!

• Location: 7.5 Depends where you are looking to stay. Good location in the newer part, but about a 10 min tram ride away. Too far too walk.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Lounge, TV in rooms, all rooms have private bathrooms, round the clock security/check-in.
• Staff: 10

• Room: 7.5 The only downside was I had an interior window, but not a big problem for me as I was only spending the night there.
• Value for money: 7.5 I wish there was the option of dorm style. As a single traveller I was required to pay for a private room or 2 beds in a double room.
