• Positive: Central location very close to the Puerta de Sol.
• Negative: Room was very dark, bed was OK but we were three and one had to sleep on the couch which was in very poor shape. The arm chair was damaged (cracked) and water was dripping fro the ceiling in the bath room. I have been previously in this hotel and other rooms that have windows towards the street are far better for the same price.

• Positive: Ubicacion. Amabilidad. Cama muy comoda. Habitacion grande. Wifi.
• Negative: Ruido. Se oyen mucho tuberias y puertas pero ademas esta vez me toco habitacion a calle principe y por la noche me desperte por el ruido de la calle en varias ocasiones (musoca y gritos y voces). Fue muy desagradable y no pudimos dormir bien.

• Quietness: Not rated He bajado la nota general solo por esto. He estado mas veces y se que hay habitaciones mas tranquilas. Si no lo supiera no volveria y si todas las habitaciones fueran igual de ruidosas tampoco.
