• 清掃について: 10 The apartment was spotless when we arrived and cleaned daily with fresh towels etc.
• 立地条件について: 10 Next to the pool and short walk to the golf club for the shuttle bus to the hotel and beach
• 設備やサービスについて: 7.5 High quality, clean and relatively quiet pool area. Would have benefitted from a wider variety of food/snacks. It wasn't completely clear what we were able to use as residents of the Terraces as opposed to the hotel - for example we had understood that we could use the beach facilities, however when we arrived we had to pay - this could have been made clearer to us beforehand as it was a little embarrassing.

• 客室について: 10 The apartment was spacious and fitted out to a very high standard. A few small things we noticed - there were no oven gloves, which made things a little tricky and the electrics kept tripping when we used the toaster in the kitchen. The light switches were very confusing - could have done with some instructions for these and also more general information about the resort and how things worked etc.
• 満足度は？: 7.5 This is a very expensive resort, which is reflected in the accommodation, facilities and general environment. Given the cost of the accommodation I think the residents of the Terraces could have been made a little more welcome in the hotel and on the beach etc.
