• Positive: La ubicacion,escelente,el metro, el centro todo a un paso.Todo limpio, funcionando, y puedes dormir tranquilo.Recomendable para pasar 3 o 4 dias visitando madrid,o alrededores.Lo recomiendo.Volveria a ir.
• Negative: El parking, muy estrecho para pasar a la plaza 25,para un coche tipo familiar ,cuando te aparcan al lado casi no puedes entrar por la puerta del conductor. Y un poco caro.tambien se podria cambiar el interruptor del aseo,en la habitacion,se cae.

• Cleanliness: 10 limpian cada dia y bien,toallas etc.
• Location: 10 inmejorable si se quiere conocer madrid,el metro al lado.
• Common facilities and services: 5 parking,ascensores,sala comun pequeña con tv,creo que no dispone de bar-restaurant
• Staff: 7.5 el personal atento y muy correcto.
• Quietness: 10 puedo hablar de mi habitacion, daba a un patio interior muy soleado, y tranquilo, pudimos dormir sin ruidos.
• Room: 7.5 Era para 3 personas, estaba bien de tamaño,lo mejor de la cocina la nevera y el microondas,tv en la habitacion,aseo con bañera,bien.
• Value for money: 7.5 el precio bien,mire mucho antes y puedo asegurar que este aparthotel,esta bien,en esta relacion de calidad/precio,el parking caro.
