Located in the centre of Barcelona, the apartments are set in El Born, one of Barcelona's most fashionable areas, buzzing with creative types, professionals, and families. A centre for innovative restaurants, cool bars, unusual boutiques and funky home furnishing stores, El Born is the ideal setting for both business and leisure stays. Just round the corner from the pretty tree-lined boulevard of Passeig Del Born you can hang out, enjoy a coffee or sip a cool beer in one of the many cafè terraces. With the beaches just a short walk away, the Barri Gòtic even closer (the apartments are 200 metres from the Picasso Museum), and a metro around the corner, El Born enjoys an enviable location and a wonderful atmosphere; a great base for a trip to buzzing Barcelona. There are a total of 20 apartments in 2 different buildings. One building is on Pescatería and the other is situated on Passeig del Born (Rec, 38). This last one does not have a lift. For stays longer than 5 nights, there is one change of towels and sheets.
