• Positive: The postion, the panoramic view from the appartment (I booked an appartment on the 11 floor) this was the second time for me at Gran Via Capital.
• Negative: Unfortunately this time we had a lot of issue with the room, the wash machine doesn’t work appropriately but the real issue is linked to the curtain into the room, the curtain was out of order and it has impossible to sleep for two night. Even if I advise the reception they says that was impossible to fix. This is unacceptable for the level of this hotel The room was 11G. My rating in this case has to be very bad and I cannot suggest this to others

• Staff: 10 No puedo pasar por este punto sin nombrar a Roberto, siempre nos hace sentirnos como en casa e intenta ayudarnos con todo, con la amabilidad y simpatía que le caracteriza. Una chica morena que no recuerdo su nombre también tiene un trato 10 con nosotros. Además también me gustaría resaltar el chico que de ocupa del tema del parking, siempre nos atiende maravillosamente. El resto del equipo muy agradable. Pero no al no conocerlos no tenemos el mismo trato. Me he extendido bastante en este punto porque nosotros valoramos muchísimo la atención recibida por el personal, además de por supuesto las instalaciones, limpieza y ubicación.
• Quietness: 10 Muy tranquilo
• Room: 10 Estamos absolutamente enamorados de las vistas tan privilegiadas que tenéis (esto es una parte muy importante dentro de los motivos por los cuales os elegimos siempre) Las habitaciones son ideales, desde la decoración hasta la distribución de las mismas (lo digo con conocimiento de causa, he pasado por muuchas de vuestras habitaciones)
• Value for money: 7.5 Esta bien, siempre miramos las ofertas que sacáis porque a todos nos gusta coger descuentos, además así solemos alargar nuestra estancia. Para mí parecer quizás el precio normal está un poquito en el límite, pero cuando sacáis buenas ofertas, merece muchísimo la pena
