• ここが良かった: The staff were all lovely and helpful. Our daughter in particular loved the mini disco! She loved the pools.
• ここが気に入らなかった: The massive amount of plastic waste from bar drinks and breakfast jams, marmalade etc just thrown away, no on site recycling facilities for the self bought items. For a hotel asking us to consider the environment when washing towels this seemed quite contradictory. The food was also not great, the take out menu (which didn’t deliver) wasn’t very nice when we used it and it turns out was more expensive than the same foods on the pool side dine in menu which was odd. Having to pay to use our room safe was also unusual and a bit annoying.
