• Positive: There are very helpfull staff - at reception, breakfast, dinner room, everywhere. Our daughter had temperature and at first receptionist told me there are no thermometre in the hotel. But after about an hour they brought a thermometre to our room! The overall experience is good, too - apartment, garden, jacuzzi, table tennis and more.
• Negative: 1) Some people smoke on sunbeds and some at balcony. For non-smokers and children it is not good to breathe in smoking smell. Fortunately there were no smokers at our neighbour balconies, we lived at room 309 and felt some days some smell from the ground floor balcony. It will be nice if there will be one strictly designated smoking area and not allow to smoke in balconies and sunbeds. 2) It will be nice when every person staying in the hotel have for every day separate shower gel and shampoo. There is only one for 4 people and when we used it no one added next day.
