• Common facilities and services: Not rated Very simple room with no facilities apart from towels (no shampoo ecc)
• Staff: 7.5 Nice people, they gave us some advice to visit the city
• Quietness: Not rated Very noisy because just under the hotel there were a lot of pubs and bars with noisy people screaming all night and sometimes they woke us up
• Room: 2.5 Not big rooms, bad equipped (as I said, there were just towels and no basic things like shampoo)
• Value for money: 2.5 It is a little expensive for the services I had back

• Negative: Por mi estancia una vez pasada, me dieron una habitación espacioso con ventana dando a la calle. Esta vez, me dieron una habitación pequeña en el anexo, sin luz natural. No me dieron la llave de la puerta exterior, así que para entrar, cada vez tuve que ir a la recepción y el portero tuvo que salir en la calle conmigo. Es un sistema pesado para el cliente y para el empeado.
