Old noble house built at the beginning of 20th century that has been recently restored to be a privileged touristic alternative at the hearth of Caceres. The Palacete alameda has preserved the original design, structure, roof and the magnificent venetian stucco of the cetral stairs, designed by the same arquitec that was brought from Venice to build the Aguasclaras Count Palace located in Cáceres.
