• Staff: 7.5 The staff was very friendly but couldn't speak any English
• Quietness: Not rated We had a room towards the street and the windows didn't block any noise whatsoever. Just outside the window "lived" a homeless guy who kept talking all night long and you could hear the television from the neighbor rooms. Without ear plugs we would have asked for another room!
• Room: 5 A small light on the night table would be nice. And the TV should have international channels!
