• Negative: Reception most of the time was closed - information and help you may receive from Victoria 4 hotel (same organization) and Spanish only (there are two girls who responsible for reception - one try to speak English, the second don't)

• Cleanliness: 7.5 There are some strange smell (not to strong) in the room
• Location: 10 2 minutes from SOL metro station. All major attractions, museums etc. may be accessed by foot. No need public transportation.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Almost basic room and hotel. Give an average for small refrigerator in the room (not common at all) and safe deposit.
• Staff: 5 Would like to say bad, but there are only two girls who take care for hotel -one is very unlikely person and even don't try to speak English, but the second one is quite friendly and try to help when needed - for her help I will give an average mark.
• Quietness: 2.5 I sleep like a dead, but my wife complaint for loudness from inside of the hotel as well from outside.
• Room: 5 Very small room with no view at all. Composition of the room facilities may be better.
• Value for money: 10 Since the price I payed for the room was about 45 euro for night breakfast included, hotel's grate location, facilities and not bad room at all I must say it has EXCELLENT value for money rating!
