• Staff: 5 The staff were nice but very busy. They were not helpful as I would expect in a hotel where I paid over 100 euros per night.
• Quietness: 2.5 The pilgrims were very happy and very noisy and all the surfaces are hard. Very noisy.
• Room: 10 Lovely small room.
• Value for money: 5 Pretty expensive for a very basic room with no breakfast and no service from the front desk.
