• Location: 7.5 Close proximity to central Madrid. However, trash bins just outside caused a lot of noise.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 No tea kettle - we had to ask for it; or coffee machine; lighting was poor.
• Staff: 7.5 Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 5 Not really quiet, but that the neighborhood
• Room: 2.5 Looked better in the pictures, the room was very small, and the bathroom outdated.
• Value for money: 2.5 Will be finding other place to stay next time, all I can say.
