• Cleanliness: Not rated There was a huge cockroach in the reception when I walked in. The hotel appeared to be being renovated. The paint fumes cause my friend to have an asthma attack
• Location: 2.5 It%27s fairly far from the heart of things given the price. There were much cheaper, nicer places in better locations. It%27s not awful, but there are better.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated They were in complete disarray - there was a lounge bed that had collapsed in the main entryway
• Staff: 5 Staff did inform us when the water would be turned off for 4 hours and allowed us to leave after one night because of the horrible conditions
• Quietness: Not rated I could hear the girls talking in the room next to me. At 8am someone started drilling outside my window
• Room: 2.5 The bathroom is basically part of the room. It%27s nothing like the photos on the website.
• Value for money: Not rated We demanded a refund after one night and ended up finding a much nicer hotel right across from the Mezquita for half the price!!

• Quietness: Not rated There was construction going on right next to our room. The workers started their work at SEVEN in the morning!!! Not very good for a relaxing lie-in holiday.
• Room: 2.5 Strange to have a bathroom cubicle WITHIN the room!
• Value for money: 5 Overall value is ok. We paid 48 Euros a night for the room.
