• 設備やサービスについて: 採点なし The website promised garage parking but when we arrived this was not made available and we were told to park on wasteland ten minutes walk away over the bridge. This happened to at least two other sets of guests on the same night as us. The website needs to be changed to make clear that there are far fewer parking spaces than guestrooms, and to provide the opportunity to book parking online at the time of room booking.
• スタッフ: 採点なし When checking out at noon we asked for the complaints book to request that the website should be changed to reflect the true garage situation, but the cleaner who was alone on duty claimed not to have access to the complaints book. Those who wish to complain can only do so after 4pm when the receptionist comes on duty. We were only able to register our complaint because we had booked a second night in Cordobo (in a different - and far superior - guest house).
• 騒音について: 2.5 The night we were there, two sets of guests whose rooms were around the central courtyard complained about the noise from the doorbell, telephone, and entrance of other guests at night.
• 客室について: 採点なし We booked the suite (EUR 115 plus taxes), and were extremely disappointed: the room is very dark and dingy (with no external windows or natural light, and very poor lighting), the decor and furnishings are uncoordinated and tatty, and the facilities are poor (e.g. the hot taps in the bathroom do not run hot, and there are no other facilities that might be expected at that price such as fridge or facilities to make tea and coffee.
• 満足度は？: 採点なし The rooms are overpriced in comparison to other rooms in Cordoba and elsewhere in Andalucia. At EUR 115 plus taxes the suite was extremely overpriced (see section on the Room above for details). In fact the standard of accommodation provided in the suite was lower than the standard of the en suite bedroom we had in Granada (EUR 45 inc. taxes), and lower than the standard of the studio apartment with full kitchen facilities that we had in Cordobo the following night (EUR 70 inc. taxes). Another set of guests also told us that they had been charged more than advertised for their rooms but were unable to remain in Cordoba long enough to complain (see section on Staff above).

• 立地条件について: 10 Eight-ten minute walk to the Mezquita, 12 or so the the Alcazar; Bodega Campos (down the street) is excellent for food.
