• ここが良かった: Surprised and impressed at how nice it was for the price. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were decorated nicely.

• 清掃について: 10 No problems with this! The room was very nice and the swan towels were a lovely touch.
• 立地条件について: 10 Great location just off Gran Vía and easy walk from Sol. Very central.
• 設備やサービスについて: 2.5 I am not sure if there was a common area besides the reception desk; if so I didn't see it. They advertised wifi but we had a lot of trouble connecting to it from our room and it did not work well most of the time. But this was our only complaint.
• スタッフ: 10 Very helpful and friendly! Held our bags for us before check-in and even brought them up to our room for us.
• 騒音について: 7.5 The only trouble we had were some children running around and playing one day. But no noise from outside.
• 客室について: 7.5 The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was very nice. The only thing to make it better would be a window (we had a skylight with a tarp over it). But overall very good.
• 満足度は？: 10 We couldn't believe how nice this hostel was for the price; it was much better decorated and the bed was much more comfortable than the more expensive places we stayed.
