• Cleanliness: 10 soy muy exigente y puedo afirmar que habitación, baño y ropa de cama están muy limpios
• Location: 10 plena Gran Vía, a pasos de metro Plaza de España y Callao
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 solo algunas habitaciones con aire acondicionado, otras con ventilador que a veces se hace insuficiente.
• Staff: 10
• Quietness: 7.5 habitación cercana al ascensor es mas ruidosa, pero en general el hostal es muy tranquilo
• Room: 10 las dobles muy bien, algunas singles pueden resultar muy pequeñas
• Value for money: 10 Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Excelente ubicación, amabilidad del personal (atendido por sus dueños), limpieza. Puedes tomar desayuno en varios sitios en la misma Gran Vía a pasos del hostal. Sin dudarlo volvería a hospedarme en Hostal Santillán
