• Quietness: 2.5 There was alot of noise inside the hotel from very early in the morning. The walls between the rooms were very thin also.
• Room: 7.5 The rooms like the rest of the hotel is very stylish and tasteful, however our room was very small
• Value for money: 2.5 Breakfast was not included in the price and I don%27t think the room and the facilities are reflected in the highly inflated price of the hotel.

• Cleanliness: 10 la chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propre
• Location: 10 in the spot!!!!
• Common facilities and services: 5 un très joli spa en effet mais la plupart des jets balnéothérapiques ne fonctionnaient pas dans la piscine....il n%27y avait pas de savons et schampoing à disposition, ni de peignoirs... La piscine et la terrasse sur le toit sont magnifiques et très propre. Oubliez à tout pris le roomservice, nous avons commandé un hamburger ainsi qu%27un poisson grillé..le tout était vraiment inmangeable..c%27était honteux!!!!!on a fait une croix sur ce dinner et suis allé nous chercher de quoi manger au burger King à côté...
• Staff: 2.5 nous étions un peu déçus de l%27accueil à notre arrivée le premier soir: les jeunes hommes de la réception n%27étaient pas très chaleureux, leur boitier carte bleu ne fonctionnait pas, ils nous ont envoyés sur le champs retirer de l%27argent en liquide dans un distributeur pour pouvoir payer notre chambre..nous étions fatigués du voyage j%27avais trouvé leur attitude disgracieuce...les jours suivants les personnes de l%27accueil avaient changées et elles étaient vraiment agréable et efficaces.
• Quietness: 5 les femmes de chambre sont très bruyantes les matins de bonheur..
• Room: 7.5 nous avions une chambre de qualité supérieure, très bien décorée, propre et d%27une belle surface avec vue sur la Rambla.
• Value for money: 10 je pense que les prix de l%27hotel sont justes.Oubliez absolument le roomservice et munissez-vous de votre trousse de toilette (savon-schampoing) et peignoir pour vous rendre au spa. Il y manque cette petite touche de luxe, ces petites attentions dans les services qui en ferait un grand hotel c%27est dommage il ne manque pas grand chose car le décors est là!!
