• Staff: 7.5 met expectations - not warm and friendly, but effecient and business-like.
• Quietness: 10 We had a room with a juliet balcony opeining onto la rambla - I am a light sleeper. With the windows closed, the room was very quiet. I had no trouble sleeping at all.
• Room: 7.5 Smallish, but as expected. Lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed. Lots of space for luggage. Tea/coffee service a welcome benefit. I believe it also had a fridge (mini-bar) but can%27t recall 100% because we didn%27t use it.
• Value for money: 7.5 good value for money.
