• Cleanliness: 2.5 Deberian mejorar el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones en especial la mantencion de los articulos de aseos . por ejemplo el papel higenico en este ultimo viaje no habia papel higenico y no se reponia este con prontititud de mis cuatro veces que estado en este hotel abba plaza castilla siempre con los mismos problemas espero que algun dia los mejoren por el bien de los turistas.en este ultimo viaje me vine defraudado pero igual ire denuevo con mi familia. gracias
