  • Negative: Que para una celebración reservé 3 habitaciones para un grupo de amigos y solicité camas matrimoniales, pero cuando llegamos nos encontramos camas individuales y el hotel no se puso en contacto conmigo en ningún momento desde la reserva (y la solicitud) para decirme que no podían cumplir mi solicitud, como hacen el resto de hoteles de menos categoría que el suyo. Y, por si eso fuera poco, a cada uno de los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones, se les entregó un papel en el que constaba lo que había pagado por sus habitaciones, cosa que nunca me había ocurrido, y que fue embarazoso tanto para ellos como para mí, ya que era un regalo pagado por mí y el que supieran lo que había gastado hizo que estuvieran incómodos por ello. En resumen, dos fallos muy graves para cualquier hotel (y más si cabe para uno que se vanagloria de tener 5 estrellas)
