• スタッフ: 2.5 I specifically requested an upper level room with a walk-in-shower and was given neither without explanation or apology. I booked months ago.when we complained about the noises, the receptionist said she would have someone look into it. We were left with the impression that this complaint was so common she was inured to it. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were delightful.
• 騒音について: 採点なし There were horrible plumbing noises throughout the day and night. We could clearly hear people in the room upstairs and in the corridor. The outside noises were nit a problem due to double glazing
