• Positif: Your staff went out of their way to change our room and listened to our concerns. Overall your staff were friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble.
• Négatif: I had booked a jnioir suite as it faced south and had a balcony, however initially we were allocated an incorrect room, but this was then changed after 2 nights to a much nicer room. I didn’t like the fact I had advised I was allergic to scallops for the New Year’s Eve gala dinner and then was served them.

• Tranquillité: 5 The rooms are not soundproofed despite your website saying they are.
• Chambre: 5 Room 11 - The bathroom door did not close properly and the cover for the hot tap was missing.
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 Nice and flexible to have the option of having half board at lunch or dinner time, which meant you didn’t feel processed you felt looked after.
