• Location: 10 A very short walk to the main tourist area of Las Ramblas and the harbour area.

• Staff: 10 The staff were very helpful and happy.
• Quietness: 2.5 I think the cleaner must start vacuuming the halls on the first floor (where my room was located) at 8:00 daily... alhtough the atrium style layout magnifies noise up and down all the floors. I could also hear the distant rumblings of the metro!
• Room: 2.5 Very small room... but there was only me and I was out most of the time so it didnt bother me. Particularly as it was clean.
• Value for money: 5 It was great for a city centre break for a couple of days.

• Staff: 10 Courteous and patient - in spite of total chaos in res and acccounting systems created by sudden sale of the property!

• Room: 5 Room was spacious - could have taken bigger than our little double bed. Mattress too firm, interesting view on inner court
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value for money at 100 Euros for first night.
