• Cleanliness: 2.5 It was unacceptable that just outside in front of the main entrance of the hotel there were works without a proper way for customers to walk through. It could be easy to use a wood platform so customers not get their shoes dirty!

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Hotel was very clean throughout our stay
• Location: 5 It%27s a bit of a journey to Barcelona centre but very close to the airport. Awkward to get in to due to its proximity to a major industrial area that is guarded by a toll road - we took a wrong turn and had to pay the toll to get through the industrial area to access the hotel. Also the hotel is not signposted and I don%27t know how we would have found it without Sat Nav help.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Helpful to have internet access free in the lobby
• Staff: 10 Satff were very helpful and courteous.
• Quietness: 5 Lobby could be a bit noisy
• Room: 5 Good value for money but air con was a bit noisy at night.
• Value for money: 7.5
