- Negative: Que no tenga precios un poco más flexibles: al no incluír el desayuno en el precio de la habitación, podía ser un poco más barato el precio de la noche.

- Cleanliness: 10 Muy limpio y luminoso sin olores ni ruidos de la calle a pesar de estar en el Casco Viejo, centro histórico y de salida nocturna.
- Location: 10 Cerca del Teatro modernista Arriaga, en pleno Casco Viejo, a 15 min. del centro comercial de Bilbao y a 10 min. de la Estación de tren Abando.
- Common facilities and services: 5 El desayuno continental cuesta 4,50 Eur y no está incluído en el precio de la habitación, es opcional.
- Staff: 7.5 Atención al cliente las 24 horas. Trato agradable. Posibilidad de dejar las maletas en recepción más allá de las horas de estadía para visitar la ciudad.
- Quietness: 10 Hotel muy tranquilo, a pesar de estar en plena zona histórica, zona de salida nocturna sobre todo el fin de semana.
- Room: 10 Habitación amplia, luminosa y muy limpia. Baño incluído. Tv. y conexión WIFI a internet.
- Value for money: 5 Para ser un hotel de 2 estrellas, no es especialmente barato, pero hay que tener en cuenta que Bilbao es una ciudad muy cara, difícilmente se encuentran los mismos servicios por menos precio.
