• Cleanliness: 7.5 Los sofas de las habitaciones y restaurantes necesitan una limpieza
• Location: 10 para lo que yo queria, de lujo, porque buscaba tranquilidad
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 eche en falta una zona de columpios para los peques, menos mal que tenéis el club infantil y mi hijo se lo paso genial
• Staff: 10 De lo mejor de todo, siempre pendientes de todo con una sonrisa ....
• Quietness: 10 Paz absoluta, aunque la habitación daba a la piscina, cuando cerrabas la puerta de la terraza no se oía nada.
• Room: 10 Amplia, luminosa, bien equipada, tenia plancha para la ropa y todo y unas vistas preciosas a la piscina
• Value for money: 10 Me pareció muy bien, teniendo en cuenta que fuimos a finales de Julio

• Location: 7.5 pero no hace falta mayor cercanía a los sitios. tienes básicamente todo en el Hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 las cisternas de los baños, en general, no solo en la habitación, funcionan deficientemente.

• Room: 7.5 el detalle de la cisterna empeora la calificación

• Negative: Que no haya packs que entre cena+ spa+ habitación (lo que antes sí había). Además habían muchos menores en la piscina creando bastante ruido (cuando solo se recomienda para adultos), lo que perturbaba bastante la tranquilidad

• Positive: The pool area - so quiet and relaxing and always plenty of beds available.
• Negative: We had a fantastic time and I would return but there are several little things that could easily be rectified to make the hotel GREAT. Breakfast - hot food is very lukewarm - turn up the hot plates!! Pool bar doesn’t open until July/Aug - so get a waiter for the pool. You would make so much more money offering drinks rather than waiting for people to have to get dressed and use the golf bar. A porter would be nice. Offering currency exchange would be good. And getting the lifeguard to start at maybe 9am rather than 11am so people can get pool towels rather than having to walk back up to reception every time because no-one is poolside. Minor things that would make a huge difference. Oh, and when there are 3 adults staying in a room, please provide facilities for all three ie toiletries, robes, towels, tea/coffee/sugar. Thanks!!

• Value for money: 10 Yes. Very reasonable.
