• Positive: Hola, Solo quería transmitir mi sincero agradecimiento al hotel y a su personal por el excelente servicio y ayuda durante nuestra estancia. Su hotel es excelente y todo el personal es cortés, extremadamente centrado en el cliente y en todo momento muy servicial, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún más agradable. Como saben, hemos pospuesto y trasladado nuestra reserva en 2 ocasiones anteriores debido a COVID y nuevamente mi agradecimiento ya que siempre han sido muy complacientes en mover las fechas. Ya hemos reservado su hotel en mayo para la boda de nuestro hijo (finalmente creemos que seguirá adelante) y una mención especial a Alex por la ayuda en la reserva de las habitaciones y, por supuesto, recomendaremos a otros que se queden en su hotel id al que van. a Sitges. • Positive: The immediate access to the beach in Sitges. The room was kept absolutely spotless. The front desk was amazingly helpful always. A special thank you to Eduardo and Alex who both were amazingly helpful on many topics during our stay. The shower was terrific.
• Negative: The towels in the room could be nicer and perhaps more abundant. The bar of soap provided in the bathroom was terrible and should come with a soap dish.
