• Positive: Die Qualität des Essens im Sea Club wie auch im La Fortalezza ist herrvorragend. Dass wir nun schon mehrmals das gleich Zimmer buchen durften. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
• Negative: Wir persönlich würden es bevorzugen, dass wir bei der Anreise direkt auf das Zimmer gehen könnten. Auf einen Willkommendrink gleich bei der Ankunft würden wir gerne verzichen. Die Anleitung des Safes sollte aktualisiert werden (zumindest im Zimmer 42) Das Telefon im Zimmer verliert sehr oft die Verbindung und man muss den Roomservice/die Reception mit dem privaten Mobile anrufen. Die Stablität des WLAN im Zimmer sollte verbessert werden.
