• Positive: Staff. Very friendly and front desk very professional
• Negative: The hotel itself. Fixtures, funiture, decorating, little touches was more like a 3 star place than a 5 star hotel. Absolutely shocked that at this price breakfast is not included! We had baby and pram etc, be nice if someone opened the large heavy front door for us. That is part of a 5 star service.

• Value for money: Not rated Very expensive for quality of hotel. Staff great but the finish and quality of the building, its furniture and decoration is definitely not 5 star! More like 3 star.

• Positive: The hotel is spectacular, nothing like anything I've ever stayed at before. The staff are excellent and make sure your stay is very comfortable. Compliments from the hotel when booking through the hotel website that delighted us.
